Anyone with domain knowledge can publish. The platform runs the catalog, the review gate, the billing, and the settlement. The author writes the pack and holds the copyright in its content.
From draft to listed
Write the pack.
Labels, teaching text, starter rules, examples.
Run the harness and read the grade.
The grade sets the price ceiling.
Publish a version.
The version is frozen at publication and carries a manifest hash.
Submit for review.
A reviewer approves or declines with a reason on the record.
Connect a payout account.
Needed before any money moves. Free packs skip this.
